In today's world, the constant barrage of information and technology can be an assault on the senses. Faraday Cage - inspired by a contraption that blocks all signals - is an imagination of stepping away from that and revolting. The song was built off one powerful riff. It progressed over multiple jam sessions into the journey that it is today. Saxophone layers were then added to amplify the intensity.
